Alumni & Mentorship
Andrew Kim
Andrew Kim is a member of Columbia Business School’s Class of 2021. Prior to CBS, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at GoldOller, a real estate investment firm. In this role, he worked on the acquisition, recapitalization, and disposition of apartment properties throughout the United States. Before GoldOller, Andrew was a CMBS Analyst at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, analyzing CMBS bonds and commercial real estate properties. Andrew graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Economics.
Ali Mazzeo
Ali Mazzeo is a member of the Columbia Business School Class of 2021 focusing on Real Estate Finance. Prior to CBS, Ali worked in management consulting where she advised senior leadership of Finance functions across industries. Additionally, Ali has experience valuing various financial investment portfolios, specifically within the alternative asset management space. Ali has always been interested in the real estate space and came to CBS to focus on real estate acquisitions. Ali graduated from Villanova University with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting.

Jessica Rosner
Jessica Rosner is a Columbia MBA 21' student with a focus on Real Estate. Previously, she studied Business Administration at Hofstra University's Honors College. Prior to CBS, she founded, grew and profitably sold a furniture and home design business in NY. She also started a development company that built and renovated properties on Long Island. Through these experiences, she learned what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur in the home and real estate industry.
Victor Salama
Victor Salama is a first year MBA student at Columbia Business School focused on real estate finance. Prior to CBS, Victor worked as an Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he evaluated credit risk for commercial real estate loans across three debt platforms. Victor also worked at TD Bank in commercial real estate underwriting. In addition to his role in the Real Estate Association, Victor serves as Alumni Chair for CBS Cluster A 2021. Victor graduated with a BA from Vanderbilt University in 2013.

Anna Dong
Anna Dong is a member of Columbia Business School’s class of 2021. Prior to Columbia, Anna was part of the real estate group at Davidson Kempner, a $30+ billion distressed hedge fund. She also worked at Goldman Sachs, as a member of the Merchant Banking – Real Estate Principle Investing Area. Anna graduated from Cornell University in 2011, where she majored in Hospitality Administration and minored in Real Estate and East Asian Studies.

Eduardo Veronese Ransolin
Eduardo Veronese is a MBA candidate and VC Fellow at Columbia focusing in proptech. He was most recently a product lead at Creditas, a fintech startup focused on asset-backed loans in Brazil. Before that he was a digital business analyst at McKinsey and a director at his family business, a real estate development and construction firm. Eduardo holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and is passionate about architecture photography.
Toby Milstein
Toby Milstein is a member of Columbia Business School Class of 2021. Before Columbia, Toby worked as head of sales and business development at robotics startup, Barsys. Toby has had a lifelong passion and interest in real estate development and management, coming from a family with roots in the industry in New York. She came to Columbia to delve into real estate from an acquisitions and development perspective as well as explore the intersection between technology and real estate. Toby is a "double lion" as she completed her undergraduate degree in History at Barnard College (BC '14).

Albert Kao
Albert Kao is an MBA student in the Class of 2021 with a concentration in Real Estate. Prior to CBS, he worked in corporate finance and strategy at Tishman Speyer, covering the firm’s US, Brazil, India and China regions. Before that, he worked in financial, planning & analysis at J.P. Morgan covering the Global Commodities business. In addition to his role on the REA Board, he is also the VP of Staff for CBS Gourmet and the AVP of Running for the Running & Triathlon Club. Albert is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Columbia University with a BS in Financial Engineering.
Ashley Anderson
Ashley Anderson is a member of Columbia Business School’s class of 2021 concentrating in Real Estate. Prior to CBS, she worked at Epoch Investment Partners, an investment management firm specializing in long-only public equities, where she oversaw 100+ institutional and high-net-worth client relationships. Before that, she worked in audience development at Apartment Therapy, a website focused on small space living. While there, she managed the renovation of an historic Manhattan townhouse, which piqued her interest Real Estate. Ashley graduated from Baylor University with a BAA in Business.

Vineet Khanna
Vineet Khanna is a first year EMBA student working at T. Rowe Price where he focuses on investing in real estate companies around the world. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Vineet worked as an Associate at LaSalle Investment Management. Vineet graduated from UMD in 2011 with a BS in Finance & Operations Management and in 2019 from Georgetown’s Masters in Real Estate program.

Sam Sameroff
Sam Sameroff is a first year MBA student at Columbia Business School. Prior to CBS, she completed a pre-MBA internship at Trammel Crow Company, working on industrial and senior housing development projects. Sam also spent three years at CBRE working in the Corporate Development Group on M&A and strategy initiatives. Sam graduated from Harvard College in 2016 with an AB in Statistics. While at Harvard, Sam was captain of the school's alpine ski racing team.
Vidur Khurana
Vidur Khurana is a member of the Class of 2020 at Columbia Business School concentrating in Real Estate. He graduated from Delhi University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, where he was also a member of the Tennis and Ping Pong team. After graduating, Vidur worked as a commercial real-estate broker at Jones Lang LaSalle in New Delhi. At JLL, Vidur facilitated office space transactions totaling over 1.1 million square feet in the National Capital Region over a 3 year period. Prior to CBS, Vidur worked at his family business of real-estate development in Gurgaon where he spearheaded new marketing initiatives, as well as the leasing and sales transactions of the group's multiple projects.

Colter Illich
Colter Illich is a member of Columbia Business School’s Class of 2021. Prior to Columbia, he worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for Devcon Construction on projects both under construction and in development. At Devcon, Colter helped budget and run a $350 million dollar campus expansion for his alma mater, Stanford University.

Jeremy Cooper
Jeremy Cooper is a member of the Columbia Business School Class of 2021 focusing on Real Estate Finance. Prior to CBS, Jeremy worked as an Associate for LW Hospitality Advisors, where he managed and conducted appraisals, consulting projects, feasibility and market studies for hotel properties for the industry’s leading lenders, developers, chains and management companies. Prior to LWHA, he gained valuable hospitality experience with Hilton Worldwide and in hotel operations for properties near his hometown Memphis, TN. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Philosophy magna cum laude from Columbia University.
Peter Gross
Peter Gross is a New York City native. Prior to joining the Columbia Business School class of 2021, Peter was an Analyst at HR&A Advisors, a leading real estate and economic development consulting firm. Prior to that role, he was a rotational analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau focusing on mortgage markets and Bureau-wide strategy and innovation. He graduated from Swarthmore College in 2013 with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.

Javier Henriquez
Prior to Columbia Business School, Javier Henriquez was a Development Manager at Pensam Capital, an investor, developer, and owner/operator of multifamily housing across the US. At Pensam, Javier focused on site sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring and planning for new development opportunities. Javier is from Miami, FL and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Certificate in Architectural Engineering from Duke University.
John Millett
John Millett is a member of the Columbia Business School Class of 2021 focusing on Real Estate Finance. Prior to CBS, John spent four years working as a research analyst at Kynikos Associates, a short-focused hedge fund, where he primarily covered companies in the TMT and consumer sectors. Originally from Atlanta, John graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BS in Business Administration and BA in History. John is a Columbia Fellow at CBS.

Angela Wang
Angela Wang is a member of Columbia Business School Class of 2021 focusing on Real Estate Investment. Prior to CBS, Angela worked as Vice President at Trinity Street Capital Partners in New York City, where she raised equity for the first private equity transaction of the company and closed commercial mortgages on 50+ projects in various US markets. She has 6 years of experience in real estate finance and is a CFA Charter Holder. Angela graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics in China in 2012 and from Columbia’s MSRED program in 2013.
Paul Rapeepat Mongkoladisai
Paul Rapeepat Mongkoladisai is a member of Columbia Business School’s Class of 2021 with focus on real estate and technology. Prior to Columbia, he worked in construction and real estate development, pioneering and developing prefabrication construction in both residential and commercial projects in Bangkok, Thailand for 4 years. Paul is originally from Bangkok and graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor of Engineering. He is passionate about improving people’s quality of lives through innovative living solutions.
