Recruiting for full-time positions and summer internships occurs both on- and off- campus. Off-campus, firms host events in their offices or utilize online resources to recruit students or alumni.

The Columbia Business School Real Estate Association, Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate, and the Career Management Center co-host an Annual Real Estate Career Forum during the spring semester.
The forum is an opportunity for real estate companies to introduce themselves, share ideas, and network with current Columbia Business School students. This event offers real estate organizations a unique opportunity to forge deeper ties with the Columbia Business School community and potentially recruit future business leaders.
The eleventh annual Real Estate Career Forum was held on February 21, 2020 at the Princeton Club of New York.
The 2021 Real Estate Career Forum will take place virtually on Friday, February 5, 2021.
