In partnership with the Columbia Law School Center for Law and Economic Studies, The Richman Center will be hosting a Financial Regulation Roundtable & Book Celebration this March.
The conference will focus on the future of economic stability in the United States with particular emphasis on the banking sector. Panelists will discuss the use of bailouts in times of economic downturn, shadow banking, and will later turn to a discussion on the intersection between corporate risk and public duty. Among the panelists are practitioners, professors of law, and congressional counsel.
Also part of the conference will be three events to celebrate the recent publication of books by Peter Conti-Brown, Mehrsa Baradaran, and Morgan Ricks.
