She was a global sustainable investing fellow on the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management investing with impact team, where she developed collateral, resources, and analytical tools for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management investment resources and financial advisors.

Nick spent his summer with Morgan Stanley's global sustainable finance team, where he conducted research on impact measurement in the municipal finance sector, explored investment opportunities for implementing the firm’s plastic waste resolution, gathered data to inform the firm’s sustainability reporting activities, and prepared materials to help investors understand the financial risks of climate change.

Lucas worked across Morgan Stanley's global sustainable finance team and the Institute for Sustainable Investing. During the fellowship, one of his primary projects was to develop methodologies and prototype dashboards for measuring security- and portfolio-level alignment with key ESG themes, including gender equity, climate solutions, environmental practices and the UN’s sustainable development goals.
